Nina Gilkenson and Michael Seguin are a couple that loves to dance. In fact, they love to dance so much that, together, they purchased and renovated an old, 19th century church in Pigtown and transformed it into what is now known as the Mobtown Ballroom. Before they knew it, what had started off as a dream of overwhelming proportion had turned into a premiere venue for social dance events, live performances, and any other kind of toe tappin’ party they can fit into the space.  Recently, filmakers Julia Golonka and Isabelle Trad collaborated on The Mobtown Ballroom: A documentary; a short film recounting the story of Nina and Michael’s success.
