This past weekend revelers, peddlers, performers, and toddlers joined a mob of artists, onlookers, and wallflowers to help create the spectacle we’ve all come to know and love as Artscape. And though it was, yet again, the hottest weekend of the year thus far, that didn’t stop brave Baltimoreans from bearing the elements to get their fill of culture.
