Kwame Kwei-Armah Honored By Queen Elizabeth II

Kwame Kwei-Armah, recently appointed Creative Director at Center Stage, was honored with the title of Officer of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire (OBE) by Queen Elizabeth II. Kwame was quoted as saying that the honor was a tribute to the “immigrant’s dream” that inspired his parents to move from the West Indies to the United Kingdom.
