WHAT WEEKLY

To Wed

13 July 2011

★ Brooke Hall & Justin Allen

On Saturday July 9th, I hatched a plan to surprise the love of my life, Brooke Hall, with a party to commemorate her birthday and to surprise her with the ring I should have given her long ago. It was a dynamic plan with many moving parts and key players, to whom, we are forever indebted.

As she walked in the door we serenaded her with Louis Armstrong’s “What A Wonderful World.” It was an impromptu ceremony of sorts, designed to build strong positive energy for one of the most significant moments of our lives. Goosebumps, tears and smiles were all present and accounted for.

It was in this moment that we realized the true meaning of joy. Everyone who was there bore witness to this sentiment and shared in the experience. When we first released this video the response was overwhelmingly positive, so then, Brooke and I, and the What Weekly family, are happy to share with you an extraordinary moment in our lives. Stay tuned for the wedding, it will be anything but predictable.

Special thanks to Max and Julie Bent, Paul Naden, the Callahan family, Denise and Larry Hall, David Bersch, Philip Laubner, and Brady Starr.

Brooke baby, I love with all my heart and I can’t wait to get married and spend the rest of my life with you.
