Hampden will never be the same after Gallery 788’s Grand Opening at their new location on the Avenue last week. It’s the perfect neighborhood for the gallery to grow into its full potential. Since Eduardo Rodriguez first opened his doors at his original Pigtown location, Gallery 788 has been steadily building steam and is, without a doubt, one of the most exciting galleries in town. It’s as much a gallery as it is a social club that draws an eclectic and creatively inclined crowd.

Gallery 788 broke in their new spot with their first 1st Fashion/Textile/Design Art Show. Here’s a visual recap for all of those who missed the festivities. It should serve as inspiration to make it to their next show, Elements: A Metal Art Show, 7 pm on October 3.
