Charm City Animal Rescue (CCAR) has teamed up with GiveCorps to give Regan eyelids before he goes blind.

Regan was born without upper eyelids, and after spending time in a feral community, was headed for the shelter – and the list to be euthanized.

Lucky for Regan, CCAR got him into a foster care.  But, Regan needs surgery for eyelid agenesis in order to find a forever home.  Left untreated, the condition will cause ulcers in his eyes and lead to blindness.

CCAR rescues animals from shelters and the streets.  Focusing on handicapped and less desirable animals, they provide medical assistance and find loving, permanent homes.

CCAR accepts the challenge of rescuing injured and sick animals – but the vet bills are stacking up.

Through GiveCorps, you can give Regan the eyelids he deserves and help CCAR continue their mission to heal homeless cats and kittens.
