Farewell Contact Form :: Foxtrot Media’s Quest To Eradicate Useless Webforms

The guys at Foxtrot Media, in Baltimore, aren’t big fans of web forms; in fact, CEO Brian Singer hates them. But instead of smashing computers and condemning emailing altogether, Foxtrot developed the new email authentication system, JustMailto, to eliminate contact forms entirely.

“Web forms are an affront to real, human business communications,” says Foxtrot Media and JustMailto Founder and CEO Brian Singer. “I don’t enjoy seeing them pop up and I don’t enjoy filling them out, especially from my mobile phone and tablet, when I know, as well, that so much of my information is getting parked in the CRM data-fields of yonder.”

As Foxtrot is a SEM/SEO/web development firm, Singer is a huge fan of email as a primary means of business communications, albeit, a very frustrating one. It’s no surprise then, that email takes center stage in JustMailto.

Instead of the infuriating business interfaces that spit up a long web contact form,  the purpose of JustMailto is to get down to business. Cutting out the time and patience required to key in his or her vital stats, JustMailto provides an interface to simply transact.

“We’re excited about the promise that JustMailto offers for agencies, web developers, businesses, and consumers,” says Singer. “It just makes sense: why not let your customers just send you an email? A very simple email. It’s the easiest way to connect.” As an email authentication system, the product simplifies the way consumers connect with businesses on the web by making it safe to put email addresses back on websites.

“For two decades webmasters and marketers have avoided placing email links for client and customer communications on websites, fearing spam,” says Singer. JustMailto makes putting a contact email on a website easy and safe – for businesses and consumers.

“With JustMailto, if a website visitor wants to contact a business, they just click a link, type an email message and connect with the website owner. No long forms. After the message is validated, it can be sent to any number of recipients or instantly pushed to CRMs or Marketing Automation Software,” Singer says.

Designed for marketing agencies and web development firms, JustMailto provides analytics and A/B testing. It’s also a conversion rate optimization tool that uses its lead capture functionality to test and track online marketing programs.

“Seriously, let’s all please stop fussing with the web forms,” say Singer. “They are a business pain and a huge time-suck.”
