Once again Baltimore’s annual Otakon Convention summoned a bevy of of eager practitioners of Otaku make-believe. This curious culture of admirers of all things Japanese Anime, from cartoons to video games, consists of individuals who put a great deal of effort transforming themselves into the visage of their obsessions.
