It’s First Thursday in Mount Vernon at Dougherty’s Pub and opening night for artist Heather Joi, the prolific artist filled the entire 60 ft wall of the pub with anthropomorphic forms, delicious shining glaze, musical and colorful gestures and many a conceptual mirror.
