The Winter Festival of Wonders is a three day celebration of  wonder, magic and play, taking place from February 10 – 12, 2012 at Area 405 in the Station North Arts & Entertainment District in Baltimore, MD.
The gallery will house curated installations, and feature four ticketed performances throughout the weekend, including The Wizards Ball, a Show of Magic, a concert by Telesma, and Dr. Nodnol’s Sunday Circus.
During the day, from Noon -5PM on both Saturday and Sunday, the gallery will be open, free of charge,  for viewing of the installations, a Mystery Marketplace, and free performances and classes for the whole family.
The Winter Festival of Wonders is currently seeking up to five installation artists, for which they will grant $150 stipends to create and/ or show their work in Area 405. They are also seeking up to 20 vendors to sell their unique and handmade goods at The Mystery Marketplace on Saturday and Sunday.
Please visit www.wfow.info for more info on the festival, and both of these opportunities!
