The fifth annual Baltimore Winter Restaurant Week returns January 25 – February 3, 2013. More than 95 participating restaurants will offer specially selected lunch and dinner prix fixe menus. Guests will enjoy food prepared by Baltimore’s best chefs at restaurants located throughout Little Italy, Mount Vernon, Fell’s Point, Federal Hill, Harbor East, and the Inner Harbor.
All participating restaurants will offer a choice of pre-selected three-course dinner menus available for $30.13 per person or $20.13 (not including liquor, tax and gratuity). Select restaurants will also offer two-course lunch menus for $15.13 (not including liquor, tax and gratuity).

community. Sample gourmet breads and healthy sanwiches,
learn hands-on about natural leavening (sourdough),
mix and knead the dough, take home loaves to bake (bring a mixing bowl).
The second event by Test Kitchen for Change in collaboration with Charles North Cooperative Garden will be held at the Lovely Lane Church,
